Material Variety of Titanium Alloy Products
We Love Titanium.

-----

graph Pure titanium has hexagonal closest packed lattice (alpha phase) in the room temperature condition. However it can be changed to body entered cubic lattice in the condition of about 885C as allotropic transformation. This temperature is called beta transus, whereasadding alloy elements to pure titanium, beta transus can be affected by the element type or combination. Sometime coexisting temperature range of alpha and beta phases appears.
Aluminum equivalents=Al+Zr/6+Sn/3 (O,N,C)
Molybdenum equivalents=Mo+V/1.5+Nb/3.6+2.5Fe+1.25Cr+1.25Ni+1.7Co

Good heat resistance
alpha titanium Single phase alloy made by solid solution of alpha stabilizing element and neutral element
It is stable in the high and low temperature condition, while it also has a ductility property in liquid helium temperature and a good creep resistance in high temperature condition.

Good balance
alpha + beta alloy alpha+beta alloy titanium, represented by the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, occupies about 70% of alloy titanium. Good balanced property of strength, ductility and toughness leads it to able to be processed to various shapes such as forging products and rolled products.

High strength-High toughness
beta titanium beta titanium, which consists of metastable body centered cubic lattice, has good cold workable property and high strength property by aging treatment. We have developed our own alloy titanium which has better cold workable property.
