Differential Thickness Plates
A sheet of Differential Thickness plate longitudinally has two different thicknesses; that is, it has two different shapes of its cross-section.
These plates are used in the field of shipbuilding, especially for ship bulkheads and bottom plates.

(1) The weight of a single product shall be not less than 3.5 tons. If such weight is less than 3.5 tons, please consult us.
(2) The thin section thickness shall be not less than 12mm, while the thick section thickness shall be not more than 35mm.
(3) The plate width shall be not less than 1,500mm. In a case where a width of 1,000 ~ 1,499mm is needed, please consult us.
(4) The length shall be not less than 5,000mm. Each length of the thin and thick sections shall be not less than 2,500mm.
(5) Max. length for width shall be as described in the following table:
