Wheelsets are fabricated with axles and wheels. We product wheelsets for narrow and standard gauges covering the full range of domestic railway cars from high speed cars to in-factory-site cars, which are used in Japan and exported to countries throughout the world.
We product special wheelsets which can measure vertical and horizontal loads in actual running operation.

Features
[ Superoir production technology ]

The assembly of the wheelsets does not include any fastening parts and is applied tight fit utilizing only the tightening force between the fitting parts. We have also hydraulic press fitting technology which makes possible to fit smoothly utilizing the highly accurate dimension control of the fitting parts and by hydraulic fitting technology.

[ Superior equipment ]

We have various equipments such as wheel mounting press, bearing mounting press, measuring equipment for deviations and balance after assembly, and rotation testing machines.
